Competition Categories

Kata Competition

Individual kata demonstrations evaluated on technique, precision, power, and presentation. Categories by age group and belt level.

Kumite (Sparring)

Competitive point sparring matches with age and weight divisions. Safety equipment required. Emphasis on control, technique, and tactical ability.

Selection Criteria

Evaluation based on technical skill, competitive performance, sportsmanship, and potential for team representation. Coaches and selection committee will observe all divisions.
