Competition Categories

Kata Competition

Individual and team kata demonstrations evaluated on technique, power, precision, and presentation. Categories by belt level and age group.

  • White to Yellow Belt

  • Team Kata (optional)

Kumite (Sparring)

Point sparring matches with age and weight divisions. Safety equipment required. Emphasis on control, technique, and tactical ability.
